The Brief: Create a YouTube Beauty Vlog incorporating Lanolips into your post e.g. Hollywood Glamour with Red Lips using Lanolips Lip Ointment in Apples OR a DIY manicure with Lanolips Rose Balm Intense Hand Cream and 101 Ointment as a nail moisturiser MAYBE  a pink lip with a smokey eye…. We’ll let you decide…

Please note- the entry video is not restricted to only Lanolips products feel free to inject your personal touch and fave products into the post, if you feel it is appropriate and relevant.

Entry Requirements:

• Your own beauty blog/vlog
• An  edited video (between 1.5 mins and 3 mins long) incorporating a Lanolips product.

The Gig:   As the Lanolips YouTube Vlogger you will pitch to the Lanolips Blog Editor your crazy or cute post ideas and upon approval submit a completely edited fun, informative beauty vlog  (between 1.5 mins and 3 mins long) post each fortnight.

2. Ensure your entry includes each of the Entry Requirements (above)
3. Submit your entry form and your signed T&C form via email to hollie@shapr.com.au or post: Attn: ‘Lanolips™ Vlogger Competition Entry’, 15b Rosebery Avenue, Rosebery Sydney NSW 2018.
4. We will send you a Lanolips Welcome pack with products for inclusion in your post and product information.
5. Submit your video by uploading it to your personal YouTube page and emailing hollie@shapr.com.au the video file – this can be sent by yousendit etc.
6. Entries open  May 25th 2013
7. Entries close midnight July  2013.
8. Winners will be notified by phone.

The Prize: Not only will you will be the face of the Lanolips YouTube channel, we will also pay you USD$200 per post  (for 13 posts) and stock you up with USD$200 worth of Lanolips products for future posts.

Winner: Will be announced on Kirsten’s Blog, the Lanolips Facebook page and Instagram account.

1. Justin Lane Pizzeria and Bar, Burleigh Heads -  Great food, great location, great service all you need is great company for a fantastic night out here. It has a cute Melbourne feel to it and a buzzing atmosphere – it is a locals favourite and is always packed on a Saturday night. Book or be prepared to hang in the bar for while.

2. Currumbin Beach - I’m a bit biased as I’ve grown up living by this beach, but it is an absolutely gorgeous swimming/surfing spot. Currumbin Alley has one of the GC’s best surfing breaks (also great for stand-up paddle boarding) the Surf Club sits out over the ocean, and if you are looking for a beautiful photo spot, climb Elephant Rock for an epic look-out.

3. The Village Markets, Burleigh State School -  A great way to spend your  Sunday morning. The Village Markets is hub for up and coming designers and vintage fashion. There’s usually live music plus food and coffee stands to get you through. TVM runs on the first and third Sunday each month from 8am – 1pm.

4. Elephant Rock, Currumbin Beach - I love to take a walk along Currumbin Beach than pop in here for brunch with the girls, it is such a lovely spot and has a great atmosphere, the menu is pretty extensive and the staff super friendly.

5. Point Break, Burleigh Heads   You can not beat the location, Point Break is perched on Burleigh Headland with a deck overlooking the Burleigh Beach.  It is one of my favourite places for a Sunday afternoon vino with my girlfriends or a long lunch during Summer – be sure to wear Lanolips lip colour with SPF!

But when you don’t live your life on the red carpet sometimes a lip this bold can be a little intimidating, not to mention hard to manage at friday night drinks or around the office.

Here’s my tip’s for a ‘little red lip’

1. Use a scrub the night before to remove dead cells from the lip.

2. The evening before apply 101 ointment to the lips before bed, this helps to hydrate and plump your lips.

3. The next morning layer your lips evenly with Lanolips Lip Ointment in Apples –  lucky for you this is the easy bit as your night-before prep means your lips will be smooth and supple!

And the ‘Big Red Lip’

1. Outline your lips with a dark red lip liner, paying special attention to the bow.

2. Colour your lips in with a lip liner.

3. Using Lanolips Lip Ointment in Apples layer the lips. The thicker the layers, the darker and glossier the colour.

I had such a fun time with the Cosmo team and want say a Big Thanks to Cosmo Feature Writer, Yeong Sassall, for including me in her lipgloss ladies line-up, and to the Cosmo team who came to my office for the photo shoot. Visiting my grandparents farm in SA

1.  The Semaphore Beachside Carnival  - I love to take my children here in the Summer, they simply love it!

2. Star of Greece in Port Wilunga - Divine location, divine food and divine service. Need I say more? Like perhaps it is located on a cliff top with phenomenal views of the ocean… 

3. The Art Gallery of South Australia - Every city needs an amazing Art Gallery and this is Adelaide’s. This year at Lanolips we are pretty excited to be supporting their event ‘ A Night of Fashion’ which features the talents of local designers.

4. The Adelaide Central Markets – These markets are exceptionally unique, I love to explore The Chinese Grocery they have every ingredient you could ever imagine.

5.  Not quite a place, but I consider it a South Australian Icon. I never come home without a bottle of Rockford Black Shiraz.  It is truly the work of Gods.
