Feeding lambsLanolips is not the first, and it won’t be the last product to contain lanolin. In fact there are various products out there, quite possibly in your beauty cabinet already that contain some form of basic lanolin. Some of the products may make “eight-hour” claims, while others are discovered by “marine biologists or developed by NASA” and can cost you over $300. Some products contain diamonds or pearl additives. And many of them are pretty good too.

Or there are some that you think contain fruit extracts like paw paw, when in fact it is mostly petroleum jelly (first discovered in 1859 in Pennsylvania on some of the country's first oil rigs – eww, need we say more). What none of these glosses, balms, creams, lotions and potions can say is that they are 100% natural, or 100% pure or contain nothing other than 100% Ultra Medical Grade lanolin. Whatever the product, just read the back of the ingredients and you’ll see that you can never find anything as pure as Lanolips. And they also can’t say you’ll get change from a $20 note. 100% ultra-pure ‘Lanolips 101 Ointment’ costs you maybe only about 20% of what other brands charge.
