Well, we’re not cost cutting, we’re just being smart. We don’t spend money on big ad campaigns, expensive counters, gimmicks, over the top packaging and we don’t have a celebrity ‘face’ (happy customers are the only faces we need). It’s a bit like Kirsten’s grandmother Lois who lived through the great depression on the farm and learnt to
be frugal.
